Founded in 1953 and incorporated in 1980 by Nicholas J. Spivak, N.J. Spivak and Concrete Forming 1980 have grown to be the cornerstone of the London concrete industry.
With a long history and friendship, working together with the Spivak family, on June 3, 2019, the N.J. Spivak group of companies was acquired by the John Aarts Group, a second-generation business family-owned by Kevin, Ryan and Jonathan Aarts, sons of founder John Aarts. The strong legacies of both Nick Spivak and John Aarts will be carried on by Kevin, Ryan and Jonathan Aarts and Walt Spivak, President of the Spivak group of companies and Mike Spivak, Operations Manager of N.J. Spivak and Dutch Brothers Ready Mix.
